Works constitution law

We advise employers when questions arise as to whether and how far works councils must be involved under the Works Constitution Act when corporate measures are implemented. If conflicts with works councils on the operational level cannot be avoided or solved, we represent employers in disputes with works councils in proceedings before conciliation bodies or in disputes at labor courts.
