Corporate transactions / transfers of businesses

If you intend to purchase or sell an enterprise or parts of an enterprise, a large number of employment-law questions arise. We advise companies from preparation through the drafting of corporate acquisition agreements to entering into corporate transactions. An important consideration is whether and to what extent works councils are to be involved, and what effect the transaction will have on the rights of the individual employees. If the transaction qualifies as a transfer of a business in the meaning of sect. 613a of the Civil Code, we advise on drafting.
