Notices of termination / staff cuts

If terminations are necessary, we advise employers on implementation. This applies to individual terminations and also when it is necessary to impose large-scale staff cuts in the case of mass redundancy. We prepare the measures necessary to implement the terminations and give advice on possibilities of avoiding proceedings for protection against dismissal or dealing with them at short notice. If this is not appropriate or possible, we defend actions against unfair dismissal at all instances of the labor courts.
